Company Description
Gross Builders is a dynamic construction and property management firm with over 200 employees and 25 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee and Alabama. We develop projects and oversee the construction of apartments, cluster homes and condominiums. We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment complexes. Responding to the changing demands and desires of today's home buyer and apartment residents, our commitment to quality, design excellence and customer satisfaction has remained our foundation. Founded in 1916, three generations of family ownership have poised us for another unique period of growth.

Leasing Consultant - this position requires a person with positive attitude and professional presentation skills. You'll lease suites, meet customers, promote apartment amenities.
