ARCHITECTURAL CAD TECHNICIAN: INTERN & FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION - From our suburban Cleveland corporate offices, you will prepare construction documents for apartment buildings, cluster homes, and single family residences. Ensure detailed information is accurate for submittals to consultants, municipalities, and construction personnel. Prepare and maintain thorough and accurate working drawings with sufficient detail for an efficient and well designed home. You will provide an accurate list of materials for the construction of each home or apartment building using established standards. Solid knowledge of building codes and their affect on design and construction of residential buildings required. You’ll need a strong understanding of construction methods and materials for light wood frame buildings knowledge of the overall building process, terms, techniques and procedures. The ability to read and understand construction documents from sketches, existing drawings and electronic images is also necessary. You’ll research manufacturer’s specifications and installation instructions to ensure compliance with construction methods. You’ll implement detailed, timely plan changes in a deadline-driven environment. Computer literacy in Autodesk Software, Microsoft Office along with a knowledge of graphic programs such as Corel will be needed to fulfill this role. We’re also looking for a certificate of completion from an accredited CAD education program, 5 years minimum in construction drafting or bachelor’s degree from architecture or construction program. LEASING CONSULTANT - These are exciting career opportunities individuals with a positive attitude and professional presentation skills! You will have daily client interaction in person and over the phone to present apartment suites, answer customer inquiries and resolve service issues. Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office is a necessity. Duties also include a variety of administrative and office assignments. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS - Three (3) openings for hands-on Techs to assist with the facility maintenance of a beautiful apartment complex. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical are required. Direct experience and/or training in residential facility maintenance strongly preferred. We need a person with a solid work ethic who enjoys a "learn by doing" environment. A wide range of job duties really keeps this position interesting. MARKETING SPECIALIST - As a critical member of our Marketing Team you’ll provide broad spectrum analysis and departmental support for the organization’s overall sales and marketing effort. Manage projects for corporate marketing and coordinate the needs of field offices in multiple states. Utilize cross-departmental resources to complete special projects as assigned. Excellent computer and writing skills are a must. The wide range of responsibilities really keeps this job interesting! Your assignments will include: Gather, process, and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and offer feedback based on market analysis. Work with public relations firms and advertisers to develop ideas and verify that work is done to our satisfaction. Proofread all printed materials. Verify all media and print exposure and maintain advertising budget per plan. Assist in marketing analysis and forecasting by utilizing historical and current market information. Monitor, update and manage multiple listing services and Realtor licenses. Maintain and analyze customer data base; communicate this information to affected departments. Administer customer satisfaction surveys. Operate market research activity. Generate market share analysis. Monitor and report data on economy and competition as it relates home sales. Analyze all traffic and generate appropriate reports “Mystery shop” all field offices on a quarterly basis and compile detailed reports to Marketing Director.
